Wilmot Community Club, Inc.
The purposes of the Wilmot Community Club are to engage in, assist and contribute
to the support of the main activities of the Wilmot Community which shall include:
- To establish and maintain community service organization to promote the general
welfare of the community of the City of Wilmot, South Dakota, and the surrounding area.
- To carry on any community service activities and functions for the general betterment
of the community as a whole.
- To participate, as far as circumstances may warrant, in any activity designed and
carried on to promote the general welfare of the community.
- To do any and all other acts and things and to exercise any and all other rights and
powers which may be necessary, advisable, desirable or expedient in the accomplishment of
any of the foregoing purposes.

Heart of the Whetstone Valley Horizons
The Heart of Whetstone Valley Horizons Strategic Planning Team is dedicated to support this
plan of action to reduce poverty in our area. Our desire is to have all of the combined “Heart
of Whetstone Valley” community involved in the healthy future of Wilmot, Corona and Central Big
Stone Lake Area. We plan to do this by engaging all resources in building and sustaining a
positive outlook as we move into the future.
